Empowering Women of Burma presents History and Culture of Burma. In addition is a note on the necessity of ‘war-time education’ as a part of the development. Without education, development is impossible. And how that education could be structured is demonstrated with one of its managed programs called AEIOU Programme; All Ethnic International Open University.
